    A: One week’s rent and a nominal security deposit.
  • Q: Who can rent space at Salon Central?
    A: Salon Central has suites available for beauty professionals. Cosmetologists, Barbers, Nail techs, Makeup artists, Natural hairstylists, Massage therapists and Aestheticians.
  • Q: How long is the lease?
    A. We offer either 12, 6, or Month to Month leases.
  • Q: How long does it take to open a Salon Central suite?
    A: Less than 1-2 weeks. You can apply online or just give us a call.
  • How is the Salon Central suite equipped?
    A: The suites are equipped with styling chair, dryers, styling station, shampoo bowl and a welcome package. Add you, a few supplies, and your special touch… and you’re in business.
  • Q: Can I decorate my Salon Central suite?
    A: Absolutely. You can paint, hang pictures and decorate the interior to fit your style.
  • How accessible is my studio?
    A: You can access your secured studio 24 hours a day, seven days a week. After all, it’s your suite.
  • What kind of security does Salon Central offer?
    A: High-tech security systems, 24/7 surveillance cameras, motion-detected lighting, locking studio doors to keep all your valuables safe.
  • Q: How much more will I make by owning a Salon Central suite?
    A: Industry research indicates about 30% more, depending on your amount of clientele.
  • Q: What will my customers think of Salon Central suite?
    They will love the fresh look and environment. With enclosed ceilings that are 9 feet high for privacy, your customers will rave about it!
  • Are inquiries confidential?
    A: Yes. We will hold your application in the highest confidence. You tell us when you would like to be announced as a new Salon Central owner on the Salon Central website.
  • Does Salon Central accept walk-in customers?
    A: There will be walk-ins, but normally suite owners have established loyal clientele. We do not recommend that you depend on walk-ins for a large part of your business. For those that prefer to welcome new customers and walk-ins, you may want to consider a suite near the entrance.
  • I want to open a boutique and retail at Salon Central. Is that possible?
    A: Salon Central is a two level facility. The first floor is exclusive to beauty and barber professionals only. If you wish to open a boutique or retail space it can be done on our second floor inside the Jones Building. Click here for more information.
